Meetng agenda notes from Cameron.

From the Chairman.

• Many members has been asking for us to keep a tighter rain on the meetings, as many presentations have been spilling over time, impacting on others who have something important to share. From this month, ad hoc presentations, where time permits will be limited to 30 minutes, with a 20 minute reminder, leaving 10 minutes for wrapping up or getting to the point or even some question time. If ad hoc presenter requires more time, and if there is more available, then this may be made available by consensus or carried over to the next meeting.

Topic for discussion:

• Open Discussion – Wikinomics – Could the world really be changing, embracing a new paradigm of co -“op”etition, where closely held secrets are now released into the safe keeping of the public through Creative Commons by-passing the shady corridors of the patent office? How mass collaboration changes everything! And the impacts to your freedom

• Project launch (this years key-line project), for years we’ve been talking about it, some of us have been doing it, more and more of us want to do it…. This will be your chance to get involved, brain storm the scope, decide what comes first, look to see who can help at each stage and get it on. This will be a unique chance for us all as a group to bring our know-how, insights, and skills together and shine a bright light on what is inevitable…

DEMONSTRATION: THERMO ACOUSTIC ENGINE – Fred Schaffer has will bring this remarkable engine along to to show and demonstrate. A very novel power source that may have generation capabilities.

**IAN HACON will introduce the new manual just hot off the press called ‘Free Energy – Water Fuel cell Secrets Revealed” which will be available. It was suggested at the last meeting that the author maybe here for this meeting but he is flat out organising the launch in Adelaide for the ASTRO meeting in a weeks time, however we look forward to a presentation from him in the near future on his cutting edge technology. Just to wet the appetite we hope show (if it arrives in time) a short clip showing his generator running on the new jMAX Water Fuel Cell as described in his new manual. We also have a clip showing how charged water can burn demonstrated by none other than ‘Joe’ him self of Joe Cell fame. This demonstration is of great significance in showing how we are in fact changing the water composition to such an extent that it can actually burn. I don’t think this is in the text books. Also some great clips of Tesla Technology if we have time.

**DVD LIBRARY – All those who borrowed DVD’s at the last meeting or LAST YEAR are reminded to return them. We ask that you be conscientious to make sure they get back in time so that others can share in this valuable resource.

Please check out the Library News on the web site where David has been very busy building up an excellent news resource for all to access and keep up with Energy developments.

–PROJECTS

**BOB BOYCE PROJECT –BRIAN BAYLISS has continued his great work with the Bob Boyce cell over the last month and we are all coming to the consensus that Bob does not have the technology that he is claiming to have. There are too many loose ends and the circuits are continuing to change, not to mention no witnesses to an operating cell or successful replication, so it is looking bad for Bob Boyce.

Brian is separating the FET out put stage from the oscillator board and we will make sure the FETS can drive a cell without blowing up all the time. It is very bad design as it is. Brian will be posting a full report in the near future. It is very sad that the chat rooms controlled by Bob Boyce friendly moderators ban anyone who put up serious questions or ask for appropriate data. However part of our mission is to determine what technologies are genuine and have some hope for the world and which ones do not. I had been told that there had been a successful replication and so that is why we proceeded but it appears there is no one who has had any success with the frequency system.

** MIREK has continued his experiments with his Capacitor discharge ignition system using water. I understand he has used this system on the Association’s Experimental Subaru engine so we look forward to his latest report. We will show a clip of a similar plasma plug really firing up.

**Everyone is welcome to share their latest developments or news on any important developments that we should all know about so please drop me a line if you require more than a few minutes so that we can plan to fit your contribution in. We would love to hear from you.
